To thoroughly neutralize moderate odor problems, multiple applications of the urine treatment are needed. We will apply the urine treatment, allow a short dwell time, and then thoroughly flush and extract the affected areas. This process is repeated until the urine odor is removed.
Severe Odor Problem
Description: You have a severe odor problem if the room has many large spots, some areas of the room are used frequently by the pet and the urine has been in the carpet for a long period of time. Severe odor problems are very noticeable even when you aren't in the room with the problem.Treatment: When urine problems are severe, replacement of the pad, carpet, tack strip, baseboards, or drywall are often necessary to completely remove the odor. A moderate odor treatment should reduce the odor problem, but we cannot guarantee the complete removal of all traces of the odor.
